Our Class Schedule is continuously updated Check it Out before coming to the gym to known what's going on at Biscayne Boxing


We offer a wide range of classes and training programs designed to meet the needs of people from all walks of life. Please note that all of our classes and programs, including our non-boxing, are strenuous, as we have captured the intensity and enthusiasm of the professional boxing gym. However, although we want you to train like a pro, our programs are geared towards the business professional’s lifestyle. That means you won’t have to quit your day job to be able to train, or get a second job to be able to afford it.

The classes and training will push you hard. However, please note that you do not have to be in great shape to join the gym! Our job is to get you in shape and keep you there. There will be no beginners’ classes. You simply have to do your best. Our instructors are trained to pay attention to the individuals in class, gage where he or she is in terms of fitness and or existing injuries, and to treat them accordingly. The bottom line is—don’t be intimidated. We want you to do your very best, but we want you to have fun too. We also take into consideration that getting a black eye won’t go over too well either at home or at the office. We want you to drip sweat, not blood!

We offer several plans to fit your schedule, goals and budget. Generally, our programs are divided into four sections: general membership (large group aerobic classes, spinning, plus full access to fitness center); private training (one-on-one, or small training group); and Kids’ Martial Arts and Kids’ Boxing. Here’s a brief overview of the classes and training programs we offer:

I. General Membership

Large Group Box Aerobics, Cardio Kickboxing, Spinning, Sculpting, Boot Camp, &

These classes are a lot of fun. They are taught by real fighters to music driven by a state-of-the-art club sound system. However, thinking of these classes as typical aerobics classes is a big mistake! The classes are designed to strengthen and sculpt the entire body and increase flexibility in addition to burning calories and promoting stamina. Furthermore, all the moves are real boxing moves, thereby teaching the student the fundamentals of boxing and advanced footwork. Some of the classes also include aerobic weight training, jump roping, spinning (box and spin), and plain old fashioned roadwork (running!). Classes are one hour with abs and stretching constituting the last 15 minutes.
